YOUR ALL-TIME ALL-STARS
Date: 1963
Marion Ladewig and Dick Weber were two of bowling’s biggest stars during the sport’s golden age. Both perennial tournament winners, each secured their division in the 1963 BPAA All-Star Championship for Weber’s second straight title and Ladewig’s eighth in 13 years. For the tournament’s 50th anniversary celebration in 1992, fans, writers, professional bowlers and BPAA members voted on the greatest All-Star/U.S. Open champions of all time. Ladewig and Weber came out on top, adding yet another honor to their long lists of accolades.
