BOWLING ON THE BOOT

A 1993 competition of the Federazione Italiana Sport Bowling in Rome offered another international platform for bowlers. The Federation Internationale des Quilleurs (FIQ) held their 23rd Congress in the ancient city, providing an opportunity to combine a love of bowling with local crafting. If you look closely, you’ll notice that the red and green lines resemble a figure bowling.
