There were 64 female bowlers who competed for the women’s division title at the 1955 BPAA All-Star Tournament in Chicago. After 32 games, Anita Cantaline emerged victorious, followed by Doris Porter, Jeanette Grzelak and Marion Ladewig. Cantaline’s 144.40 points earned her the women’s division trophy and a cash prize of $600.
