20 YEARS OF THE BPAA ALL-STAR TOURNAMENT

The 20th BPAA All-Star Tournament took center stage at the National Orange Show Exhibit Hall in San Bernardino, California, from January 12-21, 1961. The event witnessed the crowning of Bill Tucker from Rock Hill, Missouri, and Phyllis Notaro from Brant, New York, as the men’s and women’s champions. In this memorable photograph, they stand proudly alongside Billy Williams (second from left), the chairman of the BPAA tournament committee, and Nat Kogan (second from right), the BPAA president.
