Everyone loves Odie! Garfield’s simple and cheerful sidekick in Jim Davis’s beloved cartoons became the mascot of the Greater Santa Clara Valley YABA Bowling Association after Jim Davis himself reportedly granted permission to the group’s secretary. The “Uncle Odie’s Club” distributed awards, certificates and ribbons to young bowlers.
